One of my goals with this online tool is to share great food ideas using minimal fresh ingredients and to stimulate good thought and feedback in cooking.  I also want to learn from others as they share their ideas and passions with food.

Ecclesiastes 3:13 says, "That everyone may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all his toil - this is the gift of God." 

I enjoy cooking for friends and family.  It gives me great joy and a reminder about how great it is to have friends.  Why not enjoy friendship and family through meals?
